LEVELFIELD REFUND POLICY

Levelfield is committed to the complete satisfaction of its customers. Accordingly, if a customer is not satisfied with its Levelfield website services within 30 days of signing up, they may terminate service and obtain a refund of all fees it has paid to Levelfield (excluding any out-of-pocket fees, domain fees, add-on packages or SEO services). This refund policy is intended to allow new customers to sign up for service at no risk and to try a Levelfield website for 30 days with no financial commitment. After the initial 30 day risk free trial period, refunds will be prorated according to original agreed upon terms. Refund or cancellation requests must be received in writing to initiate cancellation, support@levelfield.com.
