Refund Policy

LEVELFIELD REFUND POLICY

Levelfield is committed to the complete satisfaction of its customers. Accordingly, if a customer is not satisfied with its Levelfield business website within 30 days of signing up for its service, it may terminate its service and obtain a refund of all fees it has paid to LevelField (excluding any out-of-pocket fees, such as domain fees, paid by Levelfield at the request of the customer). This refund policy is intended to allow new customers to sign up for service at no risk and to try out their new customized Levelfield website for 30 days with no financial commitment. The only condition to this full refund policy is that the customer act in a reasonably cooperative fashion to help set up its business website (i.e., provide necessary information for the website and be responsive to inquiries or other reasonable requests from Levelfield). Even if a customer does not comply with this condition, Levelfield will still refund 50% of the fees it has paid to Levelfield if the customer elects to terminate within 30 days of signing up for its service.
