How to make a Link Box from tagged pages

Step 01
Use the Bulk Actions page to find the pages you want to tag. Check the "Select" checkbox next to each page, then click the "Tags" button. Read more

Enter a word or "tag" that you will use to identify this set of pages (in this case, we typed "sample"). Click the "OK" button to save your tags. Read more

We want to add a Link Box to this page, so we will use the Content Box feature to add link box content. Here we click the "Body" button. Read more

To convert this area into the a Content Box (so we can add a Link Box), click the "convert this area" link at the top of the page. Read more

Now we have a Content Box, shown by the green "Box" button. Click the "Box" button to add content to the box. Read more

This is the Content Box editor. To add a Link Box, select "Link Box" from the drop-down menu in the lower left corner and click the "New" button. Read more

Now our Link Box has been added to the Content Box. Click the "Edit" link to setup the Link Box, and the Link Box Wizard window opens. Read more

Type a title for your Link Box (if you want), and then select the "Automatic links from your tags" option, then click the "Next" button. Read more

This Link Box will automatically show links to pages based on a "tag" that we specify. Here we type "sample" (the tag we used earlier), and the rest of the default options are fine. Click the "Next" button. Read more

Step 10
The final step of the Link Box Wizard gives you lots of variety in the display of your Link Box. All we changed here was "Wrap Right" for image position, so our link images would appear on to the right side of the links. Click the "Finish" button and the editor will refresh to show your new Link Box. Read more

Here's what the finished page looks like. With just a little setup, we now instantly have a page with links to your tagged pages, including their thumbnail image and description text. Read more
